The Ld. Counsel for the sole respondent has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Viewed, in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules.

SLP(C) No. 392/2016

As per tracking report notice could not be served upon the sole respondent as he has "Left without instructions", Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the sole respondent and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.

SLP(C) No. 389/2016

As per tracking report notice could not be served, the same has been received back "without any remarks". Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the sole respondent and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.

SLP(C) Nos. 395/2016

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent No. 2.

SLP(C) No. 1232/2016

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 10.8.2016 of this Court.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.1 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 10.8.2016 of this Court in respect of Respondent No.2.

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the sole respondent.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed a copy of SLP for issue of fresh show cause notice to the sole respondent so far.

SLP (Civil) No. 392 of 2016

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 07th October, 2016 filed affidavit of fresh address furnishing therein Chairman's and Managing Director's address but the counsel has not filed copies of SLP for issue of fresh show cause notice on both the addresses in respect of sole respondent so far.

SLP (Civil) No. 395 of 2016

It is submitted that track report shows that the show cause notice has not been delivered in the address of respondent no. 2 so far. Service of notice is incomplete.

SLP (Civil) No. 389 of 2016

It is submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has on 03rd October, 2016 filed a letter stating therein that he may be issued dasti notice to serve the

notice to the unserved sole respondent. Accordingly, dasti notice was issued on 8 th October, 2016 to the counsel for the petitioner with a request to file affidavit of dasti service along with proof of service but the counsel for the petitioner has not filed the same so far.

SLP (Civil) No. 1232 of 2016

It is submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has not filed an application for amendment of cause title alongwith certificate of incorporation so far.

SLP (Civil) No. 67356740 of 2016

It is submitted that neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing the notice (issued to common sole respondent at four addresses furnished by the counsel for the petitioner) has been received back so far.

SLP (Civil) No. 9473 of 2016

It is submitted that A.D. Card duly signed has been received back from Respondent No. 2 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance on behalf of the said respondent no. 2 so far. Service of notice is complete.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court.
