Ld. Advocate T. Harish Kumar appears for respondent No.2 and submits that Vakalatnama has been filed for respondent No.2. Office to verify and update the records. Ld. Counsel further submits that on 28.09.2022, the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers passed an order to issue notice on application for condonation of delay in refiling but in the main matter(SLP), no order was passed by the Hon'ble Court to issue notice and he wants to clarify this to the Hon'ble Court. Thus, he requests to list this matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers. Submission is taken on record. Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judges in Chambers.
