Ms. Rashmi Malhotra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-Union of India, prays for and is granted two weeks' further time to file fresh address and also to take fresh steps in respect of sole respondent in T.P.(C)No.2127/2017 failing which T.P.(C)No.2127/2017 shall stand dismissed without any further reference to the Court.
If steps are taken by learned counsel for the petitioner within the time granted, the Registry to issue notice to the sole respondent.
