The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 26th September 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice. In the meantime, there shall be stay of all further proceedings pending before the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. Tag with T.P.(C) Nos. 884895 of 2016."

Accordingly, the matter is tagged with Transfer Petition (Civil) Nos. 884 – 895 of 2016.

It is submitted that notice was issued to all the respondents through the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad on 10th October, 2016.

Thereafter, the Transfer Petitions abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court alongwith main connected matters on 13th February 2017, when he was pleased to pass the following Order :

"In all the matters mentioned above, the served respondents except the ones who have already filed the counter affidavit, shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Await the return of service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents.

I.A. for stay filed by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner in T.P.(C)No. 884895/2016 is found to be defective. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks cure the defects.

List the matter again on 29.03.2017."

TRANSFER PETITION (CIVIL) No. 1456 of 2016

There are three respondents in this matter.

It is submitted that certificate of service in respect of all the three respondents has been received from the concerned High Court after serving the notice to respondent no. 1 on 16.11.2016 through manager, to respondent no. 2 on 4.11.2016 through office and to respondent no. 3 on 7.11.2016 through office, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that status report has been received from the concerned High Court stating therein that Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 13870 of 2016 is pending as on 25.10.2016.

Service of show cause notice is complete on all the three respondents.

TRANSFER PETITION (CIVIL) No. 1457 of 2016

There are three respondents in this matter in which respondent nos. 2 & 3 are same as respondent nos. 2 & 3 in T.P. (C) No. 1456 of 2016.

It is submitted that certificate of service in respect of respondents has been received from the concerned High Court after serving the notice to respondent no.1 on 16.11.2016 through manager, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far.

It is further submitted that status report has been received from the concerned High Court stating therein that Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 13873 of 2016 is pending as on 25.10.2016.

Service of show cause notice is complete on all the three respondents.

TRANSFER PETITION (CIVIL) No. 1458 of 2016

There are three respondents in this matter in which respondent nos. 2 & 3 are same as respondent nos. 2 & 3 in T.P. (C) No. 1456 of 2016.

It is submitted that certificate of service in respect of respondents has been received from the concerned High Court after serving the notice on respondent no. 1 on 16.11.2016 through manager, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far.

It is further submitted that status report has been received from the concerned High Court stating therein that Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 14039 of 2016 is pending as on 25.10.2016. Contd...3/

TRANSFER PETITION (CIVIL) No. 1459 of 2016

There are three respondents in this matter in which respondent no. 2 is same as respondent no. 2 in T.P. (C) No. 1456 of 2016.

It is submitted that certificate of service in respect of respondents has been received from the concerned High Court after serving the notice to respondent no. 1 on 2.11.2016 through dak clerk of the company and to respondent no. 3 on 4.11.2016 through office, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that status report has been received from the concerned High Court stating therein that Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 14653 of 2016 is pending as on 25.10.2016.

Service of show cause notice is complete on all the three respondents.

TRANSFER PETITION (CIVIL) No. 1460 of 2016

There are six respondents in this matter in which respondent no. 5 is same as respondent no. 2 in T.P. (C) No. 1456 of 2016.

It is submitted that certificate of service in respect of all the respondents has been received from the concerned High Court after serving the notice to respondent no. 1 on 8.11.2016 through manager, namely, Deepak ; to respondent no. 2 on 8.11.2016 through manager ; to respondent no. 3 on 8.11.2016 through Mukesh, employee of the Company ; to respondent no. 4 on 8.11.2016 through Manjeet, employee of the Company ; to respondent no.6 on 2.11.2016, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that status report has been received from the concerned High Court stating therein that Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 15590 of 2016 is pending as on 25.10.2016.

Service of show cause notice is complete on all the six respondents.

TRANSFER PETITION (CIVIL) No. 1461 of 2016

There are four respondents in this matter in which respondent no. 3 is same as respondent no. 2 in T.P. (C) No. 1456 of 2016.

It is submitted that certificate of service in respect of all the respondents has been received from the concerned High Court after serving the notice to respondent no. 1 on 28.11.2016 through employee of the company, to respondent no. 2 on 24.11.2016 through manager, namely, Shiv Shankar Pandey and to respondent no. 4 on 24.11.2016 through office, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that status report has been received from the concerned High Court stating therein that Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 16172 of 2016 is pending as on 25.10.2016.

Service of show cause notice is complete on all the four respondents.

TRANSFER PETITION (CIVIL) NOS. 1456 1461 OF 2016

Service of show cause notice is complete on all the respondents in all the matters but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.
