The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13.07.2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased pass the following order:

"Heard.

At the joint request of counsel for the parties, post again after four weeks.

Learned counsel for the parties may in the mean time file a detailed chart indicating by reference to the evidence on record the role played by each one of the petitioners in the commission of the offence and any mitigating factors that may call for our interference with the sentence awarded to them."

It is submitted that in compliance of the Court's order quoted above, Mr. Abhishek Atrey, Counsel for the common sole respondent/State of UT chandigarh has on 11.08.2015 filed the requisite detailed chart in Special Leave Petition(Crl.) No. 3970 of 2014. Copy of same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that the instant matters are after notice matters.

It is further submitted that Mr. Abhishek Atrey has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of the common sole respondent/State of UT chandigarh in all the three Special Leave Petitions.

Service of show cause notice is complete in all the three matters.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
