The Transfer petition above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30-03-2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

Accordingly, matter was tagged with SLP (c) 21816 of 2013 and notice was issued to Respondents No. 1 to 7 on 20-04-2015 through High Court and Respondent Nos 8 to 22 through Registered A.D. Post respectively.

It is submitted that M/s. Karanjawala & Co., Mr. Pukhrambam Ramesh Kumar & Ms.Kavita Wadia, Advocates have filed Vakalatanama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 15, 5 & 22 respectively but they have not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Certificate of service has been received from the High Court in respect of Respondent No. 1 to 4,6,7 and A.D. Cards in respect of Respondent Nos. 8,10,12,14 & 18 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Status report has been received from High Court stating therein that W.P. (c)No. 799 of 2014 and W.P. © 204 of 2014 are still pending before the High Court.

It is further submitted that the Mr. Umesh Kumar Khaitan, Advocate has on 10-09-2015 filed Vakalatanama and Memo of Appearance and application for impleadment as a party respondent after serving its copy on the other side which has been registered as Interloctuary Application No. 1-2 of 2015. Copy of the same are being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 9,11,16,17,19 to 21.

Since main matter i.e SLP (c) NO. 21816 of 2013 is on board the matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office Report.
