It is submitted that Ms. Kaveeta Wadia, Advocate has filed Vakalatanama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.6 to 12 and 14, 16 & 17. She has filed a Vakalatanama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 15 also but she has not taken "No Objection Certificate" from the erstwhile Advocate M/s. Karanjawala and Respondent No. 5 is represented by Mr. Pukhrambam Ramesh Kumar, Advocate.

It is further submitted that Certificate of service and A.D. Card have been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and Respondent Nos. 13, 18 respectively but no one has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on their behalf.

Status report has been received from High Court stating

therein that W.P. (c)No. 799 of 2014 is sstill pending before the High Court.

T.P. (CIVIL) No. 472 of 2015

There are 5 Respondents.

It is submitted that Mr. Kaushal Yadav , Advocate and Ms. Kaveeta wadia, Advocate have filed Vakalatanama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 & 5 respectively. Respondent No.4 is common in both Transfer Petitions and represented by Mr. Pukhrambam Ramesh Kumar, Advocate.

It is further submitted that neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of Respondent No. 1 & 3.

Status report has been received from High Court stating therein that W.P. © 204 of 2014 is still pending before the High Court.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 & 3.

Since main matter i.e SLP (c) NO. 21816 of 2013 is on board the matter alongwith application for impleadment above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office Report.
