Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board and Ors." pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi to this Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Civil Appeal No. 10904 of 2014 (@ Diary No. 31830/14) was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 8th December, 2014 and the same is pending. Copy of the said Order is annexed as Annexure P-23 at page no. 206 of the Transfer Petition Paper Books.
