UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Delay in filing spare copies is condoned. Issue notice immediately.

On 26.8.2019 Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Subject to payment of Rs.10,000/-(Rs.Ten Thousand) by way of cost to Supreme Court Secretarial Staff Welfare Association within four weeks from today, delay of 918 days in filing this special leave petition shall stand condoned.

Issue notice.

In the meantime, operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed.

Let the matter be listed for orders as soon as the Constitution Bench judgment is rendered in S.L.P. (Civil) Nos.9036-9038 of 2016-Indore Development Authority & Ors. Etc. vs. Manoharlal & Ors. Etc."

Petitioner has not filed proof of depositing Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) by way of cost to Supreme Court Secretarial Staff Welfare Association in terms of Hon'ble Court's order dt.26.8.2019. Lapse on the part of petitioner for not depositing proof of depositing Rs.10.000/-(Rs. Ten thousand) becomes more serious in view of the fact that operation of the impugned order has been stayed by the Hon'ble Court.

In view of the above, registry to immediately process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for orders.
