UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents prays for and is granted three weeks to file the counter affidavits.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, is to be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.
It has been brought to our notice that in a petition arising out of same the FIR, being SLP [Crl.] No.2580/2025, a coordinate Bench of this Court on 24.02.2025 has passed the following order:
"Applications for exemption from filing a certified copy of the impugned judgment and exemption from filing official translation are allowed.
The office report records that arising out of the same First Information Report, Special Leave Petitions containing prayer for bail are appearing before two different Benches.
We issue notice.
To be heard along with Special Leave Petition (Criminal)No.2367 of 2025 and other connected matters.
In view of what is stated in the office report, it will be appropriate if all Special Leave Petitions arising out of the orders denying bail in the same First Information Report are listed before the same Bench.

The Registrar (Judicial) will seek necessary directions in that behalf from Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India on the administrative side."
In view of the above, the Registry is directed to tag the present Special Leave Petition with SLP [Crl.] No.2580/2025, in order to obtain requisite orders from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India.
