Delay condoned.

Both the appeals have been filed by the successful bidder as well as the Company while the respondents before us are the contesting shareholders.
Issue notice, which is accepted by learned counsel for the respondents. Service be completed.
Learned counsel for the appellant to file additional documents which are stated to be on record before the NCLAT. Needful be done within two weeks, as prayed.
Learned counsel for respondent seeks to file reply. Reply be filed within four weeks thereafter.
Rejoinder, be filed, within two weeks thereafter.
No fresh Joint Development Agreement (JDA) would be entered into pursuant to the impugned order.
