IA No. 217617/2024 - CLARIFICATION/DIRECTION

Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant. The only interim order passed on 15th May, 2023 which reads thus:

"No fresh Joint Development Agreement (JDA) would be entered into pursuant to the impugned order.

The shareholding position as on date be also not altered for the time being."

The order is crystal clear. No clarification is required. The application is accordingly rejected.

In view of the averments made in the application, we permit deletion of the name of the third respondent at the risk of the appellant. The application is accordingly allowed.
