Four weeks time is granted to respondent no. 2 to file the counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for Respondent no. 1 submits that he has already filed the counter affidavit. Registry to verify the same and report accordingly.

Four weeks time, is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to respondent nos. 3 and 4 or take appropriate steps in respect of the said respondents.
