UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. The learned senior counsel, Mr. C.A. Sundaram for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, submits that the petitioners would approach the High Court and file review petitions as the petitioners were not the party to the proceedings in which the impugned orders are passed.

2. Permission as sought for is granted.

3. The Special Leave Petitions are permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to approach the High Court.

4. It is needless to say that in case of any adverse order passed by the High Court, the petitioners shall be at liberty to come back to this Court.
