The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on

29th March, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice, returnable on 19.04.2016.

The service of notice is dispensed with qua respondent no. 2 & 3 as counsel for these parties have put their appearance and accepted the notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to serve the notice on other respondents before the next date of hearing.

Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Counter affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks. List the matters for final disposal on 19.04.2016. Status quo, prevailing as on today, shall be maintained till further orders."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that in pursuance of the order quoted above, usual and dasti notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 (Common in all SLPs) and Respondent Nos. 4 to 7 (in SLP (C) No. 4665 of 2016 ) on 05.04.2016. Mr. Sajith P. and M/s Mitter & Mitter Co.,

Advocates for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 (Common in all SLPs) have filed their respective counteraffidavits in SLP (C) No. 4665 of 2016. (Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court). Mr. R.S. Jena, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 7 (in SLP (C) 4665 of 2016) but has not filed counteraffidavit so far. With regard to usual mode, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1 & 4 to 6 so far. The Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service stating therein that Respondent Nos. 1 and 4 to 6 have been served personally on 09.04.2016 and 07.04.2016 respectively but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed application for directions and application for permission to file additional documents (in SLP (C) No. 4665 of 2016) (registere as I.A. Nos. 3 & 4) (Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matters alongwith applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
