UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. A.K. Srivastava, states that he has served copies of applications for impleadment, I.A.

Nos. 19-20, on all the respondents. However, the same is disputed by several counsel, who are representing the respondents in the matter. Therefore, counsel for the applicant is directed to file adequate proof of service of the applications for impleadment on all the respondents and the Registry will cross-check whether all the counsel for the parties have been served with the applications for impleadment or not.

I.A. Nos. 21-22, applications for substitution and I.A. Nos. 23-24, applications for condonation of delay be listed before the Regular Bench, which is seized of the matter, for appropriate orders.

In so far as the applications for intervention, I.A. Nos. 27-28, filed by Mr. Akhil Kumar Sahoo, Applicant in person, is concerned, he is directed to serve a copy of the applications on all the counsel representing the parties. After he files proof of service of the same, the applications for intervention be also listed before the Regular Bench for appropriate orders.
