Respondent No.1 has already filed the counter affidavit.

Service is complete as against the respondent No.4 but

nobody has cast appearance on his behalf.

Fresh steps for confirming the service of the unserved respondent Nos. 2,3 and 5 to 7 shall be taken by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner through registered post within a period of one week.

The other served respondents may also file the counter affidavit in the meantime in case they choose to do so.
