It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Ms. Anubha Agrawal, Advocate on 20.05.2014 against the Judgment and Orders dated 20.12.2013 and 21.01.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP Nos. 21403, 21404, 21405 21406, 21407, 21408, 21409, 21410, 21411, 23331 of 2011 and 2631, 2654 of 2013 and 6519 of 2005 along with the applications for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that SLP filed against the order dated 20.12.2013 is within time, whereas there is a delay of 29 days in filing the SLP against the order dated 21.01.2014 in CWP No. 6519 of 2005. Counsel for the petition has filed application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) 5656 of 2014 No. Entitled Chief Adm. H.U.D.A & Anr. Versus Sant Singh & Ors. arising out of relied upon Judgment was directed on 15.04.2014 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil R. Dave and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shiva Kirti Singh. SLP is pending after notice in incomplete category (Copy of order dated 15.04.2014 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
