The appeals above mentioned were disposed of vide Reportable Judgment dated 13.05.2016 (Annexed at Page Nos. 1 to 39 as Annexure 'A' bearing citation 2016 (5) SCALE 546). Hon'ble Court while granting the leave inter-alia pass the following order:-

"Quarterly progress report of the action taken in pursuance of this judgment be filed by the State in this Court and final report of compliance may be filed within one month after expiry of one year from today for such further direction as may become necessary."

It is submitted that in pursuance of the judgment, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has on 12.08.2016 filed quarterly progress report of the action taken in compliance of directions given vide order dated 13.05.2016 of the Hon'ble Court by way of Affidavit of P. Raghvendra Rao, Additional Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana, Department of Town and Country Planning (Annexed at Page Nos. 1 to 9 (Copy of the report is placed below of the Judgment for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is submitted that original paper books have been weeded out after due preservation as per rules.

The quarterly report in the appeals above-mentioned are placed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
