The High Court of Punjab and Haryana is permitted

to produce the original service record of the petitioner (ACR and PCR) relating to punishment and other documents which were taken into consideration for compulsory retirement. The respondent may also produce a separate chart showing the ACR and other punishment inflicted on the petitioner during his total period of service.
