UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

After hearing the parties for some time, we consider it appropriate to pass the following

CORAM :

The DDA shall produce before us the development plan which was in existence when

the Notification under Section 4 was issued in the year 1965 in respect of the lands subject m atter of

these special leave petitions. The affidavit accompanying the said plan should make necessary

averments as to whether in the year 1965 the aforesaid lands were shown as required for the pu rpose

of the Civil Aviation Department/Palam Airport. The affidavit along with the plan and other

necessary documents, if any, shall be filed within two weeks from today.

The petitioners herein will have an opportunity of ins pecting the Plan and filing an

affidavit in reply within two weeks thereafter.

Put up this matter for further hearing on 23rd August, 2005. In the meantime, the

petitioners may, if so advised, file necessary pleadings to which they wish to advert in the course of

hearing.
