UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Special Leave Petition (Civil) Nos.25564 of 2013, 25590 of 2013 and 25609 of 2013 are taken on record.

All these special leave petitions and the special leave petitions which are taken on record are filed against the different orders passed by Division Bench of the Gujarat High Court, wherein the High Court has vacated the interim relief granted to the petitioners in the writ petitions,

who are also petitioners before this Court. We are informed that the final arguments before the High Court are in progress and the judgment is expected to be delivered in a short time.

In that view of the matter, all these special leave petitions are disposed of with the direction that the status quo shall be maintained with regard to secured assets by both the Banks as well as the owners till the judgment is delivered by the High Court.

The special leave petitions are disposed of in the above terms.
