Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that the petitions pending in various High Courts relate to the individual dispute raised by the petitioner regarding realization of additional charges and penalties.

Hence, we do not find it fit to transfer the pending proceedings in different High Courts to this Court.

Accordingly, Transfer Petitions stand dismissed.
