UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents points out that the regulations of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission which were under challenge before the different high
courts has now stand superseded by a new regulation dated 14.03.2022 and thus all the petitions pending before different high courts have been rendered infructuous.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for and is allowed two weeks time to seek instructions in this regard.
