It is submitted that counsel for respondent no. 2 has not filed couter affidavit so far. A.D. Cards duly signed for respondent nos. 1, 4 & 5 has been received but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice for respondent no. 3 has been received back so far.

Service of show cause notice on respondent no. 3 is incomplete.
