Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 22.03.2016 to all the five respondents by Registered A.D. Post. Mr. Rajeev M. Roy, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Memo of Appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 2. Counter Affidavit has been included in the paper books. Respondent nos. 1, 3-5 have been served with the notice by Registered A.D. Post but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Registrar Court from time to time and when lastly listed on 16.09.2016 the following order was passed:

"Respondent No. 2 has already filed the counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Viewed, in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules."

The matter above mentioned is, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
