UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent No.1 is granted four weeks time for filing counter affidavit. The postal notice addressed to respondent Nos.3,4 and 5 have been returned with endorsement 'refused'. I am inclined to treat it as proper service. No appearance for respondent Nos.3-5. Endorsement is seen on the postal envelope of respondent No.6 which is reported to be in the regional language. Registry may try to get it translated. Await respondent No.2.

It is submitted by the Ld.counsel for respondent No.1 that he has not been served with the copy of the pleadings.
