Mr. Anand Sanjay M. Nuli, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent, submits that there is every likelihood of settlement of disputes between the parties within a week, if they were referred to the Bangalore Mediation Centre.

Learned counsel for petitioners, submits that he has no objection if such an attempt is made to settle the disputes between the parties.

Accordingly, to facilitate the parties to arrive at an amicable settlement, we direct that the parties and their authorized representatives to appear before the Bangalore Mediation Centre, tomorrow, i.e. 06.03.2024 at 3:00 p.m.

Let necessary papers in the soft form be forwarded to the Bangalore Mediation Centre today itself.

List the matter again on 19.03.2024.

We would request the Mediation Centre to send the report relating to the outcome of the mediation proceedings before the next date.
