IA No. 224548 of 2023, application for impleadment is allowed. Heard Mr. G. Umapathy, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners. The authorities of the Haryana Government are represented by Mr. Alok Sangwan, learned Senior AAG, Haryana. The respondent(s) – M/s. Chintel India Pvt. Ltd. is represented by Mr. Atmaram Nadkarni, learned senior counsel.

We have heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties.

The order passed by this Court on 04.01.2024 in the Writ Petition (Civil) No. 273 of 2022 is perused.

Having considered the above, these petitions are also ordered to be disposed of with the same direction as was given on 04.01.2024 in the Writ Petition (Civil) No. 273 of 2022. It is ordered accordingly.
