UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

A letter has been circulated on the ground that arguing counsel is unwell. Objection has been taken thereto by the appellant in C.A. No. 2856 of 2021. The apprehension expressed by this appellant is that someone is trying to destroy or manipulate the record in the office of the Gymkhana.

It is not necessary for us to examine this grievance, at present. However, since the CCTV cameras are installed in the premises, including the office premises of the Gymkhana, we direct the Administrator to ensure that the footage/recording from today onwards be preserved till further order, to be passed by this Court.

List these matters on 30.09.2021.

It is made clear that no request for adjournment on the ground of non-availability of the arguing counsel will be entertained, at the instance of any party. They are free to make necessary arrangement, if the Court wishes to proceed with the matter on the next date.
