Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has been filed this transfer petition seeking transfer of HMA No. 1864 of 2020 titled as "Chetan Upadhyay Vs. Pallavi Gupta" pending before the Principal Judge, (South-West) Family Court, Dwarka, Delhi to a Court of competent Jurisdiction being the District Judge, Family Court, Faridabad, Haryana.

The learned counsel for the respondent has vehemently opposed this transfer petition.

We have considered the facts of the case and grounds on which transfer has been sought. On such consideration, we are satisfied with the grounds urged by the petitioner and accept the same. Therefore, HMA No. 1864 of 2020 titled as "Chetan Digitally signed by Deepak Singh Date: 2022.12.15 18:50:43 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

Upadhyay Vs. Pallavi Gupta" pending before the Principal Judge, (South-West) Family Court, Dwarka, Delhi is ordered to be transferred to the Court of competent Jurisdiction being the District Judge, Family Court, Faridabad, Haryana .

The Principal Judge, (South-West) Family Court, Dwarka, Delhi Pradesh shall send the case record to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay.

The transfer petition is allowed accordingly. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
