UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

• 1 Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that despite the orders of this Court dated 10 January 2017 and 3 July 2019, compensation has not been disbursed by the State of Kerala and no steps for compliance have been taken.
• 2 Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
• 3 Liberty to serve the Standing Counsel for the State of Kerala, in addition.
• 4 Personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with, for the time being.

5 Liberty to amend the cause-title.
