UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

IA No. 107294/2021 in T.P.(C) No. 1086/2020

1. The present application has been moved by the petitioners stating inter alia**, that due to** bonafide inadvertence, the Special Civil Application filed along with Transfer Petition and marked as annexure P-4 at page 79, has been wrongly referred to as Special Digitally signed by Indu Marwah Date: 2021.12.06 12:53:52 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

Civil Application No.2237 of 2020, whereas the correct number of the same is Special Civil application No. 2337 of 2020.

2. Learned counsel submits that the aforesaid error came to the knowledge of the petitioners, only when a certified copy of the record of proceedings dated 29.10.2020, were sent to the High Court of Gujarat.

3. For the satisfaction of this Court, it has been enquired from learned counsel for the petitioners as to whether a certified copy of the captioned application has been obtained from the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad and filed along with the present application. Learned counsel seeks some time to do so.

4. Appropriate orders will be passed on this application only after the said document is filed and perused by the Court.

5. List after two weeks.
