It is submitted that Service of show cause notice is complete on the Sole Respondent/CBI as Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and Counter Affidavit. Copy of the Counter Affidavit is included in SLP Paper Books.

Mr. B. Ramana Murthy, Advocate for the petitioner has on 19.09.2015 filed Rejoinder Affidavit to the Counter Affidavit filed by Counsel for the sole Respondent. Copy of the Rejoinder Affidavit is included in SLP Paper Books. Counsel for the petitioner has on 07.12.2015 filed additional documents alongwith an application for permission to file the same. The said application has been registered as Crl.M.P.No. 21171 of 2015 and included in SLP Paper Books.

It is submitted that Service of show cause notice is complete in all the above-mentioned matters and Counter Affidavit filed by Counsel for the Respondent/CBI in all the matters have been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is also submitted that Mr. Ambhoj Kr. Sinha, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of petitioner after obtaining 'No Objection Certificate' from erstwhile Advocate in SLP(Crl.)No. 277 of 2014.

Pursuant to the order quoted above, show cause notice was issued to the sole Respondent/CBI through Registered Post A.D. on 20.10.2015.

Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of sole Respondent/CBI but he has not filed Counter Affidavit.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

As directed by the Hon'ble Court, Original Records of High Court and Trial Court have been called in all the above-mentioned matters and are available in the Court Room for ready reference of the Hon'ble Court.
