As per office report ld. Counsel for the petitioner has not cured the defects in the application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent nos. 3,13,39,47,51 and 55. However, ld. Counsel seeks two weeks time. Granted as last and final opportunity. If defects are not cured within the time granted, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions. If defects are cured within the time granted, process as per rules.
