It is submitted that there are 106 respondents in the instant matter.

Certificate of Service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal in respect of respondent nos. 30, 39, 4344, 48, 60, 66, 73, 95, 9799 and 106 have been received form the High Court.

Certificate of Service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal in respect of respondent nos. 17, 20, 26, 47, 62 and 96 have been received form the High Court with remarks "expired" and counsel for the appellant has not taken any step despite registry letter dated 02.08.2016.

It is submitted that there are ninety nine respondents. In this mater.

It is further submitted that the respondent no. 1 is represented by Mr. S.N. Terdal, Advocate, respondent no. 2 is represented by Mrs. Hemantika Wahi, Advocate and respondent nos. 0313, 16, 1824, 2628, 3037, 4041, 45, 4749, 5257, 59, 6163, 6670, 7279 and 8392, 9499 are represented by M/s. K.J. John & Co., Advcates.

Certificate of Service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal in respect of respondent nos. 14, 15, 25, 29, 3839, 4244, 46, 5051, 58, 6465, 71, 8082 and 93 has been received from the High Court.

Certificate of Service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal in respect of respondent nos. 17 & 60 has been received form the High Court with remarks "expired" and counsel for the appellant has not taken any step despite registry letter dated 12.02.2016.
