It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 133 days in filing the SLP against the judgment and order dated 04/03/2014 in Writ Petition No. 8340/2013 of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay.

It is further submitted that there is also delay of 7 days in refiling the SLPs.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 17183 of 2014 arising out of similar issue was dismissed by Hon'Court on 26/09/2014. The copy of record of proceeding dated 26/09/2014 is included in the SLP paper books at page no. 144 as Annexure P13.
