UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In my opinion there is possibility of settlement of the dispute between the parties through the process of mediation. I accordingly direct that the dispute may be referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. The parties may jointly submit to the Coordinator of the Mediation Centre an early date mutually convenient to them for conducting the mediation process. On that basis, the date for mediation shall be fixed by the Coordinator.
The mediation report shall be furnished within a period of four weeks. List after four weeks.
