As per High Court report, the respondent No.1 has died.

Ld.counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. Of the said respondent.

In respect of respondent No.3, Mr.A.K.Singh, Ld.counsel shall file the 'NOC' from the earlier advocate within four weeks.

List the matter again on 06.08.2018.
