The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 9 th March, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:
"It is submitted by Ms. Pinky Anand, learned ASG that the High Court has erroneously interpreted that the fire fighting training is 'directory' though the language of the notification stipulates that it is 'mandatory/essential' and not desirable. She has brought the notification on record, the relevant part of which is as follows :
"Promotions:
(I) 60% promotion from Senior Security Assistant with six years regular service in the grade failing which Senior Security Assistant with eight years combined service as Senior Security Assistant and Security Assistant Grade 'C' with minimum two years regular service as Senior
Security Assistant and who have successfully completed the prescribed training course on security and fire fighting."
Issue notice on the special leave petition as well as on the prayer for interim relief returnable within six weeks."
Accordingly, notice was issued on 21st March, 2015 to the Respondents. There are 3 Respondents in the matter. Mr. C.S.N.Mohan Rao, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent no. 1. Neither A.D.Card nor unserved registered cover has been received back from Respondent nos. 2 and 3 so far.
Service is not complete.
