on 20th July, 2015 when the she was pleased to pass the following order:

"Respondent no.1 has not filed counter affidavit despite the warning of last opportunity. Further opportunity therefore stands declined.

Service of respondent no.2 is not yet complete. Ld counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for the same. Be taken within two weeks time. Notice thereafter be issued. Respondent no.3 has been duly served but none has entered appearance.

List again on 16.9.2015."

It is submitted that there are 3 Respondents in the matter. Mr. C.S.N.Mohan Rao, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent no. 1 and further opportunity to file counter affidavit stands declined. Service is complete on Respondent no. 3 through A.D.Card but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is futher submitted that fresh show cause notice to Respondent No. 2 was issued on 14th August, 2015. Neither AD card nor unserved cover has been received back so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent no. 2.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
