Respondent No. 6 is granted four weeks' time, as a last opportunity, to file counter affidavit

Respondent No. 14 is stated to be dead. However, Learned counsel for the appellant has not filed application for substitution. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers for appropriate orders.

Learned counsel for the appellant(s) submits that he wish to file an application for withdrawal of the Civil Appeal and going to file an application in this regard within a period of two weeks. If the application is filed, be processed as per rules. If not, await for service/ track report in respect of respondent Nos. 4, 12, 15, 31, 38, 41, 47, 51, 52, 56 and 58 and list the matter again on 09.04.2018
