Respondent Nos. 2, 5, 22, 32, 33, 36, 61 and 62 have been served, but no one has entered appearance.

Fresh steps along with fresh addresses of respondent Nos. 31, 41, 52 and 56 be taken by the learned counsel for the appellants for service of respondent Nos. 4, 12, 15, 31, 38, 41, 51, 52, 56 and 58 within two weeks' time. Thereafter, notice be issued.

Fresh steps be taken by the learned counsel for the appellants for service of respondent No. 47 in terms of Govt. O.M. bearing No. F.12(77)/10-Judl. dated 18.08.2011 within two weeks' time. Thereafter, notice be issued.
