The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.3.2010, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order :
"Permission to file SLP granted. Issue notice. There shall be interim stay of the impugned order(s) until further orders. Respondents appear through learned counsel and accepts notice. Service of show cause notice is complete on all the common six respondents.
It is further submitted that the matter along with connected matter and the application for impleadment filed by Ms. V.Mohana, Advocate, now Mr. Prashant Bhushan, Advocate, in SLP(Crl.) No. 2308/2010, was listed before the Hon'ble Corut on 10.9.2010, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :
"Application for intervention is allowed. Issue notice on the application for impleadment. List these matters on 8th November, 2010. Parties are directed to complete the pleadings before the next date of hearing."
Accordingly, cause title has been ammended in SLP(Crl.) No. 2308/2010 and copy of the same is placed in the paper book.
It is submitted that notice on application for impleadment was issued to respondents through their respective advocates. Hence service of notice on impleadment application is complete.
It is submitted that Ms. Bina Gupta, Advocate, has filed an Application for clarification/modification of order dated 15.3.2010 which is unregistered and already included in the paper book in in SLP(Crl.) No. 2308/2010.
It is submitted that Mr. Prashant Bhushan, Advocate, has further filed an Application for Vacating stay of interim order dated 15.3.2010 which is registered as Crl.M.P. No. 5475 of 2015 in SLP(Crl.) No. 2308/2010.
It is further submitted that Mr. Abhishek Sharma, Advocate, has filied on 06.4.2015 application for intervention alongwith vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of the applicant which is registered as Crl.M.P. No. 6848 of 2015 in SLP(Crl.) No. 2308/2010.
It is lastly submitted that both matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court time to time and lastly listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10.5.2016, when the following order was passed :
"List the matters in the third weeks of July, 2016 high up in the list."
The matters alongwith applications as abovementioned are therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
