UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Issue Rule Nisi. Tag with Writ Petition (Civil) No. 494 of 2012 and other connected matters. Mr. Shyam Divan, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that some urgent orders are required on the interim prayers made by the petitioners, as enrollment 1 W.P.(C) No. 342/2017 under Aadhaar in respect of certain schemes is required by 30 th June, 2017 . He has also drawn our attention to the orders dated August 11, 2015 passed in Writ Petition (C)No. 494 of 2012 wherein the Court observed that having regard to the importance of the matter, it is desirable that the matters be heard at the earliest. He, further submits that same sentiments were expressed by the Constitution Bench in its order dated 15 th October, 2015. It will always be open to the petitioners to mention the matter before Hon'ble the Chief Justice for constituting an appropriate Bench to hear the matters finally at an early date.
