have not entered their appearance. Original records received. All the matters shall be listed before the Hon'ble Court if statement of case is not required to be filed in those cases. In SLP(C)No.13159/2007 it is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the matter has become infructuous. He proposes to file a letter/application for withdrawal of the matter. In SLP(C)No.7315/2007 respondent No.1 has refused to accept dasti. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps against the above respondent both by registered post, acknowledgment due as well as through the District Court concerned. Take steps within four weeks. If steps taken, issue notice. Await

return of notice. Respondent No. 2 is also awaited. In all other remaining cases await return of notice of the unserved respondents. The served respondents are granted four weeks time for filing counter affidavit, if any. List the incomplete matters on 14.9.2011.
