UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Issue notice. Considering the facts and circumstances of these cases, it is directed that the interim injunction granted by the trial Court shall continue to operate subject to the petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.60 Lakhs with the trial Court within a period of 15 days from today.

The amount if deposited before the trial Court, shall be invested in a Fixed Deposit Account in a Nationalized Bank for an initial period of six months with auto mated renewal facility.
