UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Mr. Rakesh Dwivedi, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Ashok Panigrahi, Advocate-on-Record for Respondent No.1 in SLP(C)No.5230/2014 (Ved Prakash Tyagi), makes a statement that during the pendency of these petitions, Respondent No.1 would like to practice as an Ayurvedic Doctor only in the State of Uttarakhand, he does not want to contest the election and he would like to challenge the validity of order dated 6th May, 2013 passed by the Indian Medicine Council, Uttrakhand, before the Central Council of Indian Medicine.
In view of the afore-stated circumstances, implementation of the order dated 6th May, 2013 is stayed. Respondent No.1 is permitted to practice in the State of Uttarakhand as an Ayurvedic Doctor.

Respondent Nos.3 and 6 in SLP(C)No.14510/2014 are represented in other connected petitions, hence service is complete in all the matters
