It is submitted that there are 5 Respondents in the matter. Mr. G.S Makkar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and also filed counter affidavit on 25th July, 2016 and the same is already included in paper books.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 so far. Therefore, fresh show cause notice & dasti could not be issued to Respondent Nos. 2 to 5.
Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2 to 5.
The aforesaid matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
