the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition stating that the petitioner would like to move the High Court for review of the impugned judgment as the facts in the petitioner's case were entirely different from

the facts in other cases which have been decided by the full bench by a common judgment. Accordingly, The special leave petition is dismissed as not pressed. It goes without saying that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the submissions made by learned counsel. As and when the review application is filed, it will be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this petition.
